We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may return your product for a refund or store credit, depending on its condition.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team.


2. Return Options & Conditions

We have two clear options for returns, based on the condition of the item:

- Unopened and unused products: You can return these items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

- Opened or gently used products: We offer a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after following the ritual, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery. No physical return of the bottle is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

(This process applies only to unopened/unused items)

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at Hello@erae-paris.com with your Order Number.

  2. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and address.

  3. Securely pack the item and send it back to us. Note: For opened items covered under our 30-Day Guarantee, no return shipping is necessary. We will process your refund directly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must email us at Hello@erae-paris.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please include your Name, Email Address, Order Number, and a clear photo or video of the damage.
We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return of the damaged item is required.


5. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit:
Gift Cards
Products purchased on sale or during a promotional event


6. Refund & Store Credit Processing

Refunds (for unopened items): Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Store Credit (for opened items): Your store credit will be issued to your email address within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

7. Adverse or Allergic Reactions 

While our formulas use high-quality, biologically active ingredients, every skin is unique.

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method with no return required.
