1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Origin & Logistics
To provide you with the best possible service and product availability, Erae Paris operates a global logistics network. Your order will be dispatched from one of our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers, primarily located in Asia, with future capacity planned in the United States and the United Kingdom.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Erae Paris ships to customers worldwide. For orders shipped outside of our fulfillment center's home country, you are the importer of record.
As such, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees levied by your country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process in your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
5. Shipment Tracking
All orders include complimentary tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the tracking portal.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact our support team.
6. Our Delivery Guarantee
Your peace of mind is our top priority. We stand behind our delivery process with the following guarantees:
•Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement order free of charge. Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate this process.
•Guaranteed Delivery Window: We guarantee that you will receive your order. If your package has not been delivered within 20 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate and, if the delay is confirmed, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order at no cost to you.
7. Incorrect Address & Refused Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused by the recipient, we will process a refund for the order minus the original shipping costs incurred by Erae Paris.
If you realize you have made an error in your address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it before the order is processed.
8. Restricted Shipping Zones
While we strive to serve customers globally, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries and regions due to logistical constraints or international restrictions:
